Hello WPLers!

To get everyone in the spirit of giving back and building stronger communities, WPLinks is excited to kick-off April with the opportunity to help the North Texas Food Bank in feeding our neighbors by participating in their Virtual Food Bank Drive. In light of COVID and the recent winter storm, the North Texas Food Bank has the goal to provide 105 million nutritious meals to hungry children, families and seniors in our community in 2021. To help achieve this awesome goal the Virtual Food Drive has been set up as a way for organizations to join in on the efforts virtually.

You can join us by either donating directly or filling a virtual shopping cart with the Food Bank’s most needed items. If you donate directly, every dollar you give is doubled with a match by the TI Foundation. Make the matching request at getinvolved.ti.com.  

To make this more exciting, this has been made into a competition with prizes – the prizes being entertainment from our leadership team! The entertainment at the next WPL Department meeting is based on the level of donation that is hit by WPL overall. The levels and respective prizes are:

Level 1: $500, Crazy Wigs / Hats / Outfits

Level 2: $1,000, Lip Sync Battle

Level 3: $1,500, TikTok Dance
